Red Cabbage

Light cabbage taste, has purple stems. Is in our MicroSlaw mix.

Contains high amounts of vitamin C and K, potassium, beta-carotene, and smaller amounts of calcium, magnesium, and antioxidants.


Green Cabbage

Days to grow: 14

Light cabbage taste. Is in our MicroSlaw mix.

Contains high amounts of vitamin C and K, potassium, beta-carotene, and smaller amounts of calcium, magnesium, and antioxidants.


Beet

Days to grow: 17

Juicy and vibrant. Red with green tops. Soft texture.

A good source of vitamin C, vitamin A, and vitamin K. They also provide copper, magnesium, potassium, calcium, and lower amounts of phosphorus, zinc, and folate.

Radish

Days to grow: 10

Crisp and a touch spicy, with both deep purple hues and light greens.

Rich in vitamins A, B, C, E, and K and also contains potassium, fiber, calcium, iron, phosphorus, and magnesium.



Cilantro

Days to grow: 23

Just like cilantro, but with much more potency! Good for topping.

Contains vitamins A, C, and E, K, and B. Has high levels of calcium, magnesium, and phosphorus. Also contains potassium, zinc, and carotene.


Tendril Pea

Days to grow: 14

Slight crunch, with incredibly delicate and spindly tendrils. Is in our Vegetable Medley mix.

Contains vitamin A, C, and vitamin K. Also a good source of manganese, potassium, calcium, and zinc.


Carrot

Strong carrot taste, light with frons. Is in our Microslaw, and Vegetable Medley mixes.

Great source of vitamin C, and vitamin K, as well as Potassium. Also a good source of Thiamin, Niacin, Vitamin B6, Folate and Manganese.

Broccoli

Light taste but filled with vitamins! Is in our MicroNutrient and Vegetable Medley mixes.

Contains vitamins A, B, C, E, and K. Has high amounts of sulforaphane. Also contains calcium, magnesium, phosphorous, iron, copper, and zinc.


Cantaloupe

Days to grow: 11

Light cantaloupe flavor, very soft leaf texture, stems are slightly crunchy. Perfect for Spring or Summer!

They are high in vitamins A, C, E, and K, as well as antioxidants, fiber, potassium, beta-carotene, lutein and calcium.


Cauliflower

Days to grow: 11

Same vein as broccoli. Is in our MicroNutrient mix.

Rich in vitamins C, K, and E, beta-carotene, and iron. Also a good source of vitamins B6, C, and K. As well as folate, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, and potassium.
